Accreditation
All EyesMatter clinics are fully certified with ISO 9001:2008 accreditation scheme. Accreditation by the International Organisation of Standardization (ISO) is considered the gold standard for quality management and is recognised internationally.
Audits are conducted on site by an independent team of experts who review the safety and quality of the service EyesMatter clinics. This surveillance audit is conducted annually to ensure that processes are monitored, maintained and reviewed to ensure continual improvements are implemented.
Every 3 years there is a recertification audit conducted that accesses all safety and quality processes within the day surgery or clinic ensuring they meet the required standards of ISO 9001:2008.
